AXIS AND NIIT IFBI PG DIPLOMA AND RATAIL BANKING(PGBRD)

If you are a graduate and looking for a career in retail banking, this is the platform to begin your professional journey. We have partnered with NIIT Institute of Finance, Banking & Insurance (IFBI) for a first of its kind program aiming to build a pool of modern banking professionals. PGDRB is a four months long non-residential, comprehensive career program for banking professionals that familiarizes students with the Banking industry in an interesting and informative way. The program focuses on core components of modern banking which are

• Customer service
• Transaction processing
• Selling skills
• Banking software application

The program covers an overview of the entire industry and the key players in each sector. Admission to the PGDRB Program is through Admission test and Interview. The selected candidates will be provided with Provisional Appointment letters at the time of enrolment and after successful completion of the program will join us at the officer level.

 AXIS BANK YOUNG BANKER PROGRAM

Young Bankers Program is an endeavor by Axis Bank in association with Manipal Global Education to create Young Bankers by imparting domain expertise and skill set in the field of Banking.
The course has been set up to attract bright young graduates to a career in Banking with Axis Bank. The Axis Bank Young Bankers Program is a one year, full time program which will be conducted at Manipal University Bangalore Campus. Students will be given systematic inputs in various areas of banking and management disciplines in order to make them ready for branch banking roles by the time they finish the course.
The thrust of the course is to impart functional knowledge on General management, Soft skills related to overall behavior, sales & customer interactions and specialized knowledge on Banking related topics and subjects.
On successful completion of the Young Bankers Program, the students will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services by the Manipal University and also absorbed in the Bank.

CO-CERTIFICATION PROGRAM IN BANKING WITH GAUHATI UNIVERSITY

The co-certification program in Banking is for the MBA/MBE students of Gauhati University. This program includes a 40 hour module covering knowledge and skills, principles and practices, legal, regulatory aspects and current trends in Banking. This program would be in addition to the regular syllabus of the MBA/MBE course of the university. Upon successful completion of the program and the selection process the students will be absorbed by Axis Bank.

UDAN PROJECT

Axis Bank is working with the Central Government to open up career opportunities for young Kashmiris. We have tied up with Sri Nagar University to consider employment for 50 graduate youths for our offices in Sri Nagar. Post selection, these youths are trained at Bank's cost and deployed across Bank's branches in the grade of Business Development Executives / Officers.
